1.Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to support project objectives.

Requirements :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
(A bachelor's degree related to built environment from an approved university (refer to BCA website for the list of accepted universities) with 6 years working experience or a local diploma related to built environment with a minimum 8 years working experience. The total years of working experience shall include 3 years of project management experience
- Leadership & Coordination
Act as the central point of contact between client, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and the project team.
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - Planning & Scheduling
Develop detailed project plans, work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource plans.
Define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. - Budget & Cost Control
Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure work is completed within budget.
Approve vendor bills and variations. - Contract & Documentation Management
Review and administer contracts, tender documents, and agreements.
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and reports. - Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure construction work adheres to design specifications, codes, and standards.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with quality engineers.
Implement corrective actions when deviations occur. - Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Enforce workplace safety protocols and statutory requirements.
Promote a culture of zero accidents.
Ensure environmental sustainability practices are followed. - Risk & Problem Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues promptly. - Team Management
Supervise engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
Delegate responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
Provide training and guidance to junior engineers. - Client & Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates, progress reports, and presentations.
Manage client expectations and maintain positive relationships.
Negotiate with contractors, vendors, and authorities when required. - Project Handover & Closure
Ensure all works are completed as per specifications and drawings.
Conduct final inspections, snag list clearance, and handover to the client.
Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and closure reports.
