Conduct workflow analysis, line balancing, and process optimization to improve throughput, reduce costs, and eliminate operational waste.
Establish operational excellence frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and governance processes to monitor and improve performance.
Lead cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives, managing timelines, risks, resource planning, and implementation readiness.
Develop capacity planning, manpower optimization, and workforce flexibility strategies to support operational scalability and resilience.
Strengthen quality, safety, and compliance standards through root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Support digital transformation, stakeholder collaboration, and people development initiatives to improve automation, reporting visibility, and operational capability building.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering / Business
At least 6 years of experience in operations, process improvement, logistics,manufacturing, or industrial engineering
Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies (Green Beltcertification preferred).
