Job Description

  • Project Planning & Strategy: Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Scheduling & Time Management: Creating detailed project plans, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress against the schedule.
  • Budgeting & Financial Control: Developing the budget based on specifications and controlling costs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary liaison between team members, clients, and management to provide updates.
  • Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving: Identifying potential bottlenecks, managing risks, and removing obstacles to keep the project on track.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Assigning tasks, providing direction, and ensuring the team performs at its best.
  • Quality Management & Reporting: Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and creating detailed project reports.
  • Project Closure: Closing out projects, conducting reviews, and documenting lessons learned.
