We are currently supporting a client in the energy trading space on a new entity setup (carve-out environment). This involves building a separate IT and workplace infrastructure while existing systems continue to operate independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for office migration and new entity setup across Singapore and Japan
- Manage physical office setup (workplace infrastructure, end-user environment, vendor coordination)
- Drive infrastructure build and migration, including Azure cloud environment, AD, Intune, and Azure VDI
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams to ensure timely execution
- Oversee migration activities and ensure minimal disruption
- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets provide regular status reporting
- Ensure smooth cutover, transition, and post-migration stabilisation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management
- Proven experience in office setup/workplace rollout/infrastructure migration projects
- Hands-on exposure to Azure (IaaS), Active Directory, Intune, and Azure VDI environments
- Strong experience managing multi-country / cross-regional projects (APAC preferred)
- Prior experience in data centre migrations or large-scale environment moves is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving carve-out / transformation environment
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills

- Experience in energy trading/commodities / financial services environments
- Exposure to carve-outs, entity separations, or greenfield setups
- Familiarity with workplace services (EUC, device rollout, collaboration tools)
