Key Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with organizational strategy.
- Develop, maintain, and adapt project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Organize and allocate project tasks and resources to ensure efficiency and successful execution.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes and tools.
- Collect and organize project data and information to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring project deliverables meet required quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, maintaining a risk register and issue log.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define, manage, and realize project benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and customer business needs.
- Support the project handover process, including preparation of documentation and training materials, ensuring a seamless transition to operations.
- Document lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle and share insights with team members to foster continuous improvement.

Experience working in Banking / Financial Services or other regulated environments is mandatory.
