Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and oversee project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Develop, maintain, and adapt project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Organize and allocate project tasks and resources to ensure efficiency and successful execution.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes and tools.
  • Collect and organize project data and information to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring project deliverables meet required quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, maintaining a risk register and issue log.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define, manage, and realize project benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and customer business needs.
  • Support the project handover process, including preparation of documentation and training materials, ensuring a seamless transition to operations.
  • Document lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle and share insights with team members to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
  • Ability to drive projects in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience working in Banking / Financial Services or other regulated environments is mandatory.
