Job Description:
- Responsible for overall planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects.
- Manage construction schedules, quality, safety, and costs to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Coordinate on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, resolving any project-related issues.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and construction plans.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's building regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Skills:
Familiarity with construction processes, quality management, and safety regulations.
Proficient in project management tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
