To support the execution of facilities-related projects across MTFA, including renovations, upgrading works, and system improvements.
This role is responsible for project coordination and delivery, while the Facilities Manager retains full ownership and decision-making authority.
Coordinate and manage day-to-day execution of projects, including but not limited to:
Renovations (e.g. DIL, FSC)
Electrical upgrading
Security and automation systems
Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and vendors
Coordinate site activities and ensure smooth execution
Monitor progress and resolve on-site coordination issues
Prepare tender documents and obtain quotations
Support evaluation and comparison of submissions
Assist in contract administration
Monitor project budgets and expenditures
Track variation orders and highlight risks early
Ensure cost control throughout project lifecycle
Conduct regular site inspections
Ensure works meet required quality and specifications
Identify and flag defects or non-compliance
Progress reports
Meeting minutes
Handover records
Provide regular updates to the Facilities Manager
Highlight risks, delays, and issues proactively
Support reporting to management and stakeholders
Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Building or related field
3-6 years of experience in project execution (A&A / renovations)
Strong coordination and site management skills
Familiar with local regulations and construction processes
