About the role
As a Project Manager at MORIMATSU PHARMADULE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of pharmaceutical projects and overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects within the Tuas West Region. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, meeting deadlines, and driving efficient collaboration across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to keep all stakeholders informed
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Optimizing processes and implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Providing leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industry building field/pharma industry construction management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying and implementing practical solutions
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Thorough understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
