Project Manager (Mobility Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management and multi-functional teams to identify the business
• needs and analyse the business requirements.
• Take ownership of the timelines, project dependencies, product roadmaps and success
• metrics for our products, and ensure the key stakeholders can make well-informed
• decisions in time.
• Liaise with our partners and vendors, and manage the communication, agreements,
• timelines and dependencies between various parties and work packages.
• Leverage the industry experience to lead the ideation and launch of new partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working as an Project Manager or a similar role overlooking the projects involving multiple parties.
• Project Management certificates such as PMP, PMI ACP, ITIL preferred.
• Experience working on projects involving both hardware and software.
• Experience managing good relationships with external SaaS software vendors and partners such as CRM, Help Desk, behavior analytics tools, security vendors, etc.
• Experience formalizing the requirements and overlooking the collaboration terms across multiple vendors and suppliers.
• Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies and Lean principles is a must.
• Experience owning project timelines, tracking user requirements and managing the project progress using Jira or similar software.
