Job Description

Working Location: Main - 6 Ang Mo Kio Electronics Park Road / Site - Changi Prison
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:30PM

Job Description

  • Plan and update the project schedule to follow the main contractor's timeline.
  • Prepare basic project plans and documents needed for quality checks and management.
  • Work with QA to manage drawing and document numbers.
  • Prepare simple cash flow and budget for each system / part of the project.
  • Work with Finance on bonds, guarantees, insurance and billing matters.
  • Work with Procurement and Legal on contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare material list (BQ) and scope of work for subcontractor tenders, and conduct tender briefings.
  • Support Procurement to compare quotations and help choose subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Track materials order and delivery to meet site schedule.
  • Monitor main contractor's schedule and update client / consultant / main contractor if there are delays or changes.
  • Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders and quotations.
  • Raise purchase requisitions (PR) for installation materials.
  • Attend site and coordination meetings.
  • Work closely with client, consultant and main contractor on installation work and schedule.
  • Make sure work done follows contract, drawings and quality standards.
  • Monitor site work quality, safety and risks, and follow up on issues.
  • Give regular project status updates to management.
  • Coordinate and share information with internal teams (design, engineering, procurement, site, maintenance).
  • Handle project closing and handover to the maintenance team.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering (or relevant experience).
  • Experience managing engineering / construction / M&E projects.
  • Able to handle schedule, cost and basic contract / tender matters.
  • Good communication and coordination with multiple parties.
  • Working knowledge of hazard analysis, risk assessment, and safety lifecycle processes
  • Familiarity with SSPP / Software SSPP, RAMS concepts, and safety deliverables (e.g. SAR, SwSAR)
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Candidates with only System & Software Safety experience will be considered
