Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility to completion, ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, and required safety and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, and contractors across design, procurement, construction, handover, and defects management.
- Manage regulatory compliance and authority submissions, ensuring alignment with local requirements and internal governance processes.
- Drive design development and procurement strategies, optimising project efficiency, cost competitiveness, and value engineering outcomes.
- Monitor project and financial performance, while engaging stakeholders to manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related discipline
- 7 years of relevant experience across design, project management, administration, and site execution
- Solid understanding of construction methods, contracts, regulatory requirements and industry practices
- Well-developed organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks, delays and project challenges effectively
