Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to oversee and manage automation and engineering projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute projects in controls and automation systems

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery

• Conduct site assessments, project planning, and resource allocation

• Monitor project schedules, progress, and costs to ensure timely completion

• Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

• Manage project documentation, reporting, and handover processes

• Resolve site issues, technical challenges, and customer concerns effectively

• Support tendering, costing, and quotation when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in automation, controls, or engineering industry

• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems, instrumentation, or industrial automation is an advantage

• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
