Project Manager (mixed development project)

Our client is a reputable main contractor with a strong track record in Singapore is looking to appoint a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager for a new large-scale mixed development project in Tampines ( $1 billion).

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a landmark project from early stages, with strong exposure to full project lifecycle and close collaboration with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support / lead overall project delivery, planning, and execution

• Step in to cover Project Manager duties when required

• Assume Technical Manager responsibilities in their absence

• Lead technical discussions, site planning, and coordination meetings

• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and authorities

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety (WSHE), and efficiency

• Monitor project progress, cost control, and prevent overruns

• Plan and manage procurement of materials, equipment, and resources

• Develop and implement standard work procedures for key activities

• Mentor and guide project team members

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 8 years experience with main contractors

• Experience in large-scale building or mixed development projects preferred

• Open to APMs looking to step up or PMs with proven delivery experience

• Strong background in project coordination, site execution, and cost control

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM

• Independent, driven, and a strong team player
