MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and drive delivery across our engineering and design teams. You'll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders — keeping timelines, scope, and communication on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables end-to-end.
• Coordinate across Frontend, Backend, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, reviews).
• Track project progress, identify risks/blockers early, and drive mitigation plans.
• Communicate status, timelines, and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project documentation, roadmaps, and backlogs (e.g., in Jira/Asana/Trello).
• Ensure quality and scope alignment between requirements and delivered work.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and resource planning coordination as needed.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum (or Kanban) methodologies.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have

• PMP, CSM, or other project/program management certification.
• Experience managing projects involving mobile (Flutter) and web (Vue) development.
• Basic technical understanding of software development lifecycles and APIs.
• Experience with resource/capacity planning and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
