Are You The One

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to join our fast-growing Fintech team. This role sits at the critical intersection of product innovation, client success, and the delivery of embedded finance solutions. You will lead the implementation of our Spend, Send, and Lend business areas for leading banks, Fintechs and businesses across Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Implementation: Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, from defining scope and technical objectives to final execution and delivery.
  • Client Onboarding: Partner with clients to onboard and deploy embedded finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with their existing ecosystems.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align internal teams-including Tech, Product, Operations, and Compliance-to meet critical milestones.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Co-develop solutions that balance client needs with regulatory requirements, financial targets, available resources and project timelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Track project metrics and provide consistent updates on progress, strategy, and innovation to all stakeholders.
  • Ecosystem Management: Act as the primary bridge between the Sponsor Bank, clients, and internal Engineering and Compliance teams to resolve technical or regulatory issues.

Requirements:

  • Fintech & Domain Expertise: 8+ years of experience in project/program management within digital payments. This includes a good grasp of digital/physical card networks (Visa/Mastercard) and the prepaid/digital wallet ecosystem.
  • Technical & Regulatory Literacy: A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and how embedded finance modules integrate via APIs. Some knowledge of compliance standards (KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, and PDPA/GDPR) is a plus.
  • Proven Execution: A history of ensuring the time-bound completion of high-quality, complex technical projects. You are an expert in structured project management tools (e.g., MS Monday.com, Jira, or Freshdesk).
  • Client Management: A strong, proven track record in client-facing roles, with the ability to lead onboarding and manage expectations for external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence through informal networks and navigate internal/external hierarchies.
  • Startup Mindset: Self-driven, innovative, and comfortable with the rapid execution and hands-on nature of a fast-growing Fintech environment.
