Client is leading global financial institution with a strong presence in Asia, Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. In the Asia-Pacific region, the Client operates key hubs in Singapore and Hong Kong, providing comprehensive financial services across corporate banking, markets, treasury, and risk management.

As part of this commitment, the Group invests in industry-leading systems such as Murex to support end-to-end trade processing, risk analytics, and regulatory compliance across multiple asset classes.
Client has embarked on strategic initiative to consolidate it's Banking and Investment Banking arm into one. Towards that end it is hiring project manager to drive this consolidation exercise leading to:
-Accelerated delivery of strategic platform programs, minimizing risk and downtime.
-Improved cross-team collaboration and decision-making across geographies and functions.
-Ensure Murex enhancements meet business, risk, and compliance requirements in a complex regulatory environment.
-Support of scalable, efficient operations that position the Client for future growth.
Responsibilities:Responsible for end-to-end coordination, governance, and delivery oversight of middle-office initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional risk priorities, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Project Plan & Framework
Ensure that the project framework, process and controls are followed and aligned with SEIBI program
Validate the WBS from Markets, CASA, DATA and prepare the consolidated WBS at release level
Ensure to get the updated WBS from Markets, CASA & DATA and update the same in consolidated WBS
Planning & Coordination
Harmonize inter-dependencies across Markets, CASA & DATA
Regular meeting with APCF PM & Markets/CASA/DATA SI PM and stakeholders
Heads up to stakeholders on the upcoming activitie
Cost and Timeline management
Monitor the cost usage (against AFA) across Markets, CASA & DATA
Ensure that there is no impact to release level timeline and flag the potential delay and produce mitigation plan
Stakeholder engagement & Status reporting
Engage release level stakeholders for the release
Consolidate individual project status report and update the wider audience
Prepare RAG status report at release level
Maintain communication matrix for Release level
Governance meeting and Facilitation
Preparing the slides for SEIBI PSC and send to SEIBI PMO team
Attend SEIBI PMO meeting
Organize ad-hoc meetings on need basis
Present release level changes in CCB and get it approved
Ensure release level items are approved in RDA wherever needed
Deliverables & Signoff
Preparing the slides for SEIBI PSC and send to SEIBI PMO team
Attend SEIBI PMO meeting
Organize ad-hoc meetings on need basis

Risk/Issue management
Assess the impact of Markets/CASA/DATA risk to overall release
Maintain Release level Risk register (Collate Project level Risk register)
Assess if there are any interstream dependencies arise due to individual project risk
Manage cross stream project risk like the operational risk, tech risk and report to the steering committee
Mandatory Skills Description:
- Overall 20+ years of experience in Banking Projects implementations
- At least 10+ years of experience in Project Management & Program Management
- Strong Understanding of building the Data Layer for the reporting.
- Subject Matter Expert in CASA and DATA
- Understand the Tri party dependencies and manages risks and issues effectively.
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Project management tools exposure (Jira etc.) & scrum certification
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:Project Management Certification (PMP) or Agile Certification
