Project Manager - Mandarin Speaker

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and project documentation.
• Lead project governance activities including status reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and dependency management.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate project resources and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, resource utilization, and project forecasting.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and stored in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in IT, software implementation, digital transformation, ERP, CRM, or enterprise application projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and project governance.
• Experience managing customer-facing implementation projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
