The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the development and construction process from design development through construction, commissioning, TOP and project close-out. The role shall lead project teams, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with quality, statutory and business objectives.
Candidates with strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) expertise are preferred, with experience in managing complex building services, authority clearances, testing & commissioning, and TOP readiness for large-scale residential and mixed-use developments.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage residential, mixed-use and commercial development projects from design, construction, TOP to project completion.
Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.
Review and monitor project design, construction progress, authority submissions and statutory approvals.
Lead project meetings and drive timely resolution of design, technical and site issues.
Manage M&E coordination, testing & commissioning, authority inspections and TOP readiness activities.
Monitor project risks, budgets, variations and contractual matters, and recommend appropriate actions.
Liaise with government agencies, consultants and contractors on project-related matters.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
Support value engineering, sustainability and productivity initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare project reports and updates for management review.
Provide technical leadership on M&E systems, ensuring effective integration, commissioning and handover of building services.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in property development, consultancy or construction industry.
Preferably with strong M&E coordination and testing & commissioning experience.
Familiar with Singapore building regulations, authority approval processes and TOP requirements.
Strong project management, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
