My client is an established M&E Consultant firm.
Job Description
- Conduct project briefing and kick start meeting
- Attend weekly meeting with clients, Architects, C&S consultants, QS.
- Delicate and manage ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary Design works to internal engineers and drafters.
- Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities
- Assist on documentations and make recommendation to clients for award of contracts
- Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary programme and budget
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mech or Electrical Engineering
- Comes with at least 3 years of working experience in built environment
- Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and work under pressure
- Candidates with greater experience will be considered for senior role
