Project Manager (M&E)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinated all MEP service works with main contractors and consultants.
• Designed electrical and mechanical systems based on client and authority requirements.
• Procured equipment based on authority and project requirements.
• Conducted factory and in-house testing of equipment and switch boards.
• Prepared shop drawing for authority approval.
• Arranged and mobilized manpower based on the project requirements.
• Conducted testing and commissioning of completed installation works.
• Coordinated all M&E service in high-rise building (Electrical/Plumbing & Sanitary/ACMV/
• LIFT/Fire protection/Security system/Waste management system/Modern irrigation system).
• Prepared all M&E services for quality assessment based on Singapore building construction authority CONQUAS (Construction Quality Assessment System).
• Carried out assessments systematically within the budgeted cost and time.
• Measured workmanship standards and specifications of material using a sampling system.
• Carried out assessments based on contract specification.
• Ensured and witnessed factory performance tests of all M&E system major components such as electrical main distribution boards, switch gears standby generators, transformers and fire protection system control panels, before installation on site.
• Conducted adequate inspection of the installation process to ensure the installations are based on approved method of statement.
• Carried out final M&E systems combined & individual testing and commissioning.
• Handed over projects with good working condition.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in MEPL / M&E / ACMV for Construction Sectors Contractor
• ACMV and Electrical experience is preferred
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
