About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support rollout, adoption, and ongoing enhancements of Lockton's core business technology platforms for People Solutions teams around Asia. The role supports end-to-end project delivery, which includes gathering and analysing user requirements across countries, liaising with partners and vendors, and championing these technology platforms through change management and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for assigned business technology platforms, including enhancements, in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Partner with platform users across Asia to gather, document and analyse requirements, support testing and troubleshooting, and ensure solutions meet agreed needs when rolling out to the region.
- Manage release and change activities by coordinating communications, driving user adoption, and providing guidance, training, and documentation.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and influence ongoing platform enhancements.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure user satisfaction, effective adoption, and long-term engagement.

Skills & Experience
- 4 -7 years experience in Project Management, ideally within SaaS, platform rollouts, or technology-enabled initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering SaaS implementations, system rollouts, or onboarding projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints and delivery timelines.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of insurance or InsurTech is beneficial, but not essential.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits is highly advantageous.
