Plan, manage, control, execute and close projects within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.
To supervise a crew of carpenters in achieving production targets to meet project deadline.
Perform quality check and ensure furniture are fabricated accordingly to construction drawing.
Review drawings, design notes, and critical specifications.
Attend site meetings, inspections, monitor and report of project progress.
Liaise and coordinate with related parties (e.g., authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.) through regular meetings to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and delivery schedule.
Supervision at project site to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure that staff and contractors carry out work in a safe manner.
Monitor daily progress at project site.
Report to management team on project status.
Ensure up to date claims, obtaining approval for variations order and prepare for billing.
