About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of AGV/AMR projects across the SEA region. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution from project initiation to closure, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal goals.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and support teams to ensure effective execution of project deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the AGV/AMR, robotics, or logistics automation industry. Experience managing projects in the APAC region is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AGV/AMR systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and industrial automation processes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Manderin. Proficiency in additional SEA languages is an advantage.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
