Job Description

1) Electrical Installation Design to ensure compliance with local authority regulations.

2) Checking and Submission of Project Schedule, Material Approval, Variation Order, Shop Drawing, As

Built Drawing, Operation & Maintenance Manual, etc to client, consultant.

3) Project Management - To lead a team of site manager, engineers, supervisors, contractors to complete

given projects within timeframe and accordance to client's requirements.

4) Budget Control - To set up budgetary for the given project and ensure the cash flows of the particular

project is in order and within budget.

5) Attend Client Meeting, Progress Meeting, Consultant Meeting, Design Meeting & etc.

6) Attend Board of Management Meeting to report progress of Operation Department.

7) Planning of staff allocation & welfare of staff.

8) Liaise with Client, Architect, Consultant, Authority, Contractor & etc to ensure work progress

smoothly.

9) Monitor and to ensure compliance with the ISO standards, building regulations and other relevant

legislation.

10) Project tendering (Assist for tender project, attend tender meeting and liaise with client & consultant)

11) MUST HAVE Completed minimum 2 project in HDB And condo under electrical
