Job Summary

Manage construction projects with oversight of site supervision, cost control, and manpower planning while coordinating with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities to ensure timely and quality completion of construction projects
• Supervise site operations to maintain safety, compliance, and progress standards
• Manage project cost control by monitoring budgets and implementing corrective actions
• Plan and allocate manpower resources effectively to meet project demands
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to align project objectives and resolve issues

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Professional Engineer Board or Building & Construction Authority
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering or HDB BTO projects
