Our client is a well-known landlord in Singapore
key responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between internal project managers and vendors, which includes managing project deliverables and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Oversee all procurement matters from start to finish, including calling tenders and securing contract approvals
- Track project milestones and deliverables to effectively communicate progress, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
- Lead regularly scheduled project meetings and comprehensively document assigned tasks
qualifications and skills:
- Degree in Real Estate, Architectural, Construction, or a related
- Min 8 years of experience in retail AEI management with value up to 75Mil (landlord side)
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore property development, along with the rules and regulations of relevant authorities
- Candidates with an architectural background and PMP certification are highly preferred
