About the job
- Manage the full lifecycle of building construction projects and oversee a portfolio of 30-40 properties across Singapore and overseas
- Liaise with stakeholders and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers and contractors
- Handle tenant-related matters to ensure excellent service and communication
- Monitor construction quality, safety, and deadlines, and provide regular progress reports to management
Jobs Responsibilities
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including managing the construction of entire buildings
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and tenant issues simultaneously
- Travel overseas for approximately 10-20% of the time
