Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
Plan, organize, and manage all phases of deep cement grouting projects.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability
Operational Oversight
- Supervise site activities, including equipment mobilization, grout mixing, and injection operations.
- Monitor grouting parameters (pressure, flow, volume) and ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to minimize delays.
- Prepare project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure profitability.
- Manage contracts, variations, and claims in coordination with clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance across all project sites.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Identify opportunities to optimize grouting techniques and project workflows.
- Contribute to innovation and adoption of new technologies in ground improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff to build technical capacity.
Key Requirements:
- Degree and above
- Minimum 10 to 15 years working experience in similar role and capacity
