Project Manager

Job Description:

. Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out works

. Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.

. Attend regular site meetings and inspections with sub-con, vendors. Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and delivery schedule.

. Report on project status and take actions to ensure project progress is on schedule

Job Requirements:

. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in site management of interior fit-out works.

. Good experience in project management and scheduling.

. Ability to understand layout plans, architectural finishes and installation methods.

. Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details.
