Job Description & Requirements:
- Overall-in-charge of project's operation and manpower.
- Attend site show round and advice on material and workforce costing.
- Plan, Lead and motivate subordinates, including planning and control the manpower for the project.
- Resolve technical issue related to project requirement.
- Implementation of Cost, Quality, Productivity, Safety and Health control on site.
- Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed, maintained and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Able to submit quotation/costing on installation as request.
- Plan and implement training program for workforce
Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Highly motivated and charismatic individual with a strong drive and enthusiasm towards sales
- Strong leadership, project management and team management skills
- Stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skill are crucial
- Confidence and success in presenting to multiple levels of management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both in groups as well as independently
- Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment
