Project Manager

Prepare and manage the overall project control plan, construction programme, and quality and safety plans.

Monitor progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved schedules and standards.

Organise and manage project production activities, including material approvals, sample submissions, and site implementation.

Oversee on-site construction activities from commencement to completion.

Coordinate and support the implementation of project design schemes.

Provide practical input and recommendations on drawings and construction details.

Participate in coordination with consultants and external parties on key milestones and technical matters.

Coordinate and manage on-site work with the main contractor, sub-contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Resolve site and coordination issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Control and manage project cost budgets in accordance with company requirements.

Monitor variations, claims, and contract compliance to ensure commercial objectives are met.

Organise and allocate responsibilities among project team members.

Ensure manpower and resources are efficiently deployed to meet project needs.

Provide recommendations on project sub-contracting.

Oversee and manage sub-contractors to ensure performance, quality, safety, and cost control.

Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Participate in the development and improvement of the company's project management systems and processes.
