Job Description:

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and motivated Junior / Associate Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this entry-level role, you will support senior project managers in coordinating and executing projects from initiation to completion. You will be involved in the planning, tracking, and delivery of key projects while gaining valuable experience in project management practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Help coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes, to ensure clear and consistent communication across the project team.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Risk Management: Help identify and track project risks and issues, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Project Reporting: Track project progress and deliver regular reports to senior project managers, ensuring stakeholders are updated on key metrics and any deviations from the plan.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment. This can include internships, academic projects, or previous work experience.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Jira) is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive and resourceful in identifying challenges and finding solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Preferred (Not Required):
  • Knowledge or certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Scrum) is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in managing small-scale projects or working in a project environment.
  • Exposure to the software development lifecycle or familiarity with Agile project management is a bonus.
