Job Summary

Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality, and education sectors. Coordinate vendors, control budgets and timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes while collaborating with stakeholders and driving business success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, coordinating with vendors to prevent downtime and ensure smooth progress across all project stages
  • Prepare detailed project specifications, timelines, tender/bid documents, and vendor procurement plans to support project execution
  • Deliver projects within established budgets and timelines, ensuring quality and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct value engineering, buildability analysis, and critical reviews of design and documentation to optimize project outcomes
  • Survey client needs, complete commercial assessments, and prepare project management proposals to align with client objectives
  • Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders to understand perspectives and foster collaboration
  • Lead and motivate project teams by setting clear goals, communicating effectively, and fostering a creative, collaborative environment
  • Apply technical expertise in project products, systems, processes, and tools to manage complex site operations efficiently
  • Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills to handle competing priorities, tight deadlines, and ambiguous situations
  • Negotiate risk-assessed solutions to address project challenges and improve service delivery
  • Use a structured, organized approach with attention to detail and leverage technology platforms to enhance project management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in project management within consultancy, contractor, or consultant roles
  • Background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering is advantageous
  • Degree in a relevant field and/or 3 to 10 years of experience in design, construction, or project management of interior fit-out projects for multinational clients
