Job Description

Duties

  • On-site management
  • Lead a team of engineers and supervisors
  • Implement projects according to contract/specifications
  • Supervise contractors and monitor construction activities
  • Liaise with designers, consultants, contractors and clients
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during work processes
  • Prepare method statements of work to be done
  • Providing operation manual for client/facility management
  • Execute testing and commissioning as per requirement/specifications
  • Design water leak detection systems
  • Design air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems
  • Prepare quotations and costing

Requirements

  • Possess in-depth knowledge in ACMV systems
  • Extensive experience in the ACMV field in a similar role
  • Able to read technical drawings
  • Able to lead and work as a team
  • Possess a positive work attitude
  • Able to take initiative
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
