We are building up our team of talented, driven individuals (of 15 nationalities!) to continue establishing Agorizes position as a leader in open innovation! We are looking to hire a Project Manager who can join our team in Singapore or Tokyo.
Your Mission & Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to guide our clients (primarily in Japan but in the rest Asia too) through their open innovation journey across three key phases:
STEP 1: SCOPING THE INNOVATION PROGRAM (BUILD)
- As the PM Lead, your role will involve
> Initiating the kick-off meeting with the client to outline the framework for the innovation program.
> Setting up the agorize platform to reflect the requirements of the program (front and back end)
> Providing training to the client on platform usage to familiarize them with the tool that will be utilized throughout all phases of the program.
- You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the programs launch, including communication, technical and design.
STEP 2: EXECUTING THE INNOVATION PROGRAM (RUN)
- You will oversee the progression of the participants throughout its duration, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth operations.
- You will compile participation reports and closely monitor the program KPIs.
- Finally, you will collaborate with your client to prepare for subsequent phases such as voting and mentoring.
STEP 3: ORGANISING ONLINE / OFFLINE EVENTS (SHOW)
- You will manage the organization of final pitching events, overseeing venue/platform logistics and liaising with service providers for offline events.
- For online events, you will coordinate dry-runs and collaborate with the in-house online event producer for seamless execution.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a strategic role as an account manager, ensuring that the project management approach aligns with long-term client goals, including contract renewals and strategic planning.
The Optimal Profile
- Located in Singapore or Tokyo, fluent in both Japanese and English, we seek a candidate with proven experience in successfully overseeing projects from inception to completion. This individual must possess the ability to develop comprehensive action plans that include strict timelines and risk assessments. Moreover, the ideal candidate should have a background in collaborating with global teams and demonstrating strong communication skills.
MUST HAVE:
- Language skills - Fluent in Japanese and English
- Organization and Planning - You have a track record of planning successful projects and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Nerves of steel - Not only will you have to help with the logistics of our clients&apos projects and, in hot phases, juggle a long To-Do list, but you will also have to hold their hands as they will probably be twice as nervous as you to create a great innovation program.
- Proactiveness - You are self-driven and independent.
- Problem Solving - Being resourceful and not afraid to ask questions.
NICE TO HAVE
- Microsoft Pack - Especially Excel skills!
- IT skills - you don&apost need to code full-time, but it will save us both a lot of time if you already know how to do/understand basic coding in HTML/CSS.
- Powerpoint and Design - You have basic editing skills (using Ps, Ai, Id)
- Digital Marketing - You have basic knowledge of Google Analytics
