Job responsibilities:
- Support to manage a system improvement project throughout the lifecycle, from requirement, design, development, testing, training and implementation, in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology.
- Communicate with stakeholders based in Japan headquarter via e-mail and online meetings in Japanese language.
- Assist the Project Manager in creating documents, facilitate meeting sessions, and so on.
- Understanding for business requirements, and system architecture and system design.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring strong cross-functional teamwork and alignment to project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in IT project management.
- Experience working with banking or financial systems is a plus.
- Understanding the overview or experience in the following areas is a plus: FX / MM / Derivative / Bonds / GIRO / FAST / MEPS / XB
- Skilled in creating clear and professional business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N1 or equivalent) is required to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders in both spoken and written formats.
