Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Execution

Develop and manage integrated plans for OOBF and cost-down initiatives.
Develop and Maintain schedule, and budget; manage change control.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with Systems, ME/EE, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to implement solutions.
Identify cost-down opportunities and track savings.

Stakeholder Management

Act as single point of contact for client; prepare executive updates materials.
Facilitate governance calls and maintain transparent communication.

Compliance & Financials

Ensure adherence to client QMS and safety protocols.
Monitor budget and burn rate; support rate card and contracting processes.

Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of proven project management experience in engineering environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

Exposure to Systems/ME/EE engineering.
Experience with supplier cost-down and DFM/DFA practices.
Familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485/FDA QSR).
Background in RCA/CAPA and cost-down delivery.
