Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing customer requirements, application development, implementation, customer training, support and maintenance for both on-premise and cloud deployments.
- You will apply the principles of software development cycle to translate functional requirement into good technical design, scalable coding, maintenance and thorough testing.
- Interfacing with customers for the project roll-out.
- You will ensure application development work follow policies, standards and industry best practices
- Any other IT related tasks to support smooth business operations

Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience (at least 2-3 years of Project Management Experience)
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in project management (especially for Singapore government application projects)
- Experience in development with ASP.NET with C#
- Experience in web development markup languages (HTML/XML) and stylesheet languages (CSS/XSL)
- Experience using SQL server including design and development of tables, functions, stored procedures, views, indexes, etc.
- Proficient with Visual Studio
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus: Demonstrates knowledge and abilities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Power Apps
- Bonus: Experience in managing projects in government/quasi-government related agencies.
