We are seeking a PMP-certified Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise infrastructure solutions and services to our external customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex projects involving hardware infrastructure, migration services, hybrid cloud solutions, and data center relocations. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery excellence, and maintain strong customer relationships from initiation through closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for infrastructure and hybrid cloud projects sold to external clients.
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Conduct internal and external project kick-off meetings, define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication, effective issue resolution, and high satisfaction upon project completion.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Financial Management:
- Track and report project financials monthly, monitor project budgets, and maintain project margin targets.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proactive management to minimize project impact.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to organizational project management frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification: PMP Certification is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Min 10 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or hybrid cloud environments.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level infrastructure or migration projects.
- Experience handling external customer engagements and multi-vendor coordination.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Financial acumen with experience managing project P&L and margins.
