As an experienced Project Manager in Information & Digital Engineering (IDE), you are part of company's digital delivery and capability team whose mission is to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions that drive competitive advantage and support their Powering Progress strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of an inhouse software development product.
- Keeping the programme on track across scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality.
- Programme setup, governance, RACI, RAID logs, status reporting pack. (from ground up)
- Delivery leadership. Drive Agile delivery practices.
- Risk, dependency & issue management (foresight-led)
- Stakeholder & vendor management (complex landscape)
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leading complex technology programmes in end-to-end delivery,
- including greenfield mobilisation and/or major re-platforming of legacy systems.
- Proven mastery of agile delivery frameworks with the ability to measure and drive performance of the agile team.
- Strong track record in stakeholder management, including senior/executive engagement and ability to face and overcome difficult conversations with tact to achieve positive outcomes for the product delivery.
- Demonstrated strength in risk foresight: identifying early warning signals, managing uncertainty, and driving mitigation actions decisively.
- Strong ability to manage scope/schedule/cost/quality/benefits with transparency and governance discipline.
- Knowledge of commodities trading is a bonus.
