Project Manager - Investment Project
A global leader in engineering solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support impactful investment projects both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage investment committee meetings, including documentation, follow-ups, and action tracking.
- Maintain the investment approvals database, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
- Streamline investment documentation and review processes in collaboration with project and review teams.
- Oversee investment tracking and ensure timely execution of regular reviews (monthly, quarterly, or by type).
- Update and enforce compliance with governance frameworks and procedures.
- Monitor capital commitments and support post-investment reviews, including lessons learned documentation.
- Collaborate with IT to develop a digital platform for investment approvals, enhancing automation, data centralization, and process efficiency.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate planning and project management.
- Experience in investment analysis and financial modeling is preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills, capable of producing senior-level reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive processes independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
