Project Manager (Interior Fit-out)

Salary: up to $6,000 + Transport Allowance/Claims
Work Location: East (near EXPO & Xilin MRT station)
Work Days: 5.5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm / 8:30am to 1pm)

Responsibilities:
. Oversee and manage contractors and vendors to ensure projects are delivered in line with required standards, timelines, and budgets.
. Manage project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting.
. Monitor key project aspects including cost, quality, scope, resources, and risks.
. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
. Apply project management tools and best practices to drive efficiency and successful outcomes.
. Ensure projects are delivered within established budgets and timelines.

Requirements:
. Diploma/ holders with at least 5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out or renovation works
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow through
. Proven track record in project and team management
. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
