Salary Range: $3,200 - $6,500 (commensurate with experience, role, and seniority level).

1. Senior Project Manager (Commercial Projects)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage commercial interior design and architectural projects from inception to completion. The role requires strong leadership in delivering workplace, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use projects with full responsibility for time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial ID and architectural projects
- Manage clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Develop and control project timelines, budgets, and execution plans
- Oversee design coordination, authority submissions, and site execution
- Conduct regular site meetings and ensure quality control
- Manage contract administration, variation works, and progress claims
- Resolve complex site and technical coordination issues
- Report project progress to management and clients
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building, or related field
- 5-10+ years experience in commercial ID / construction / architecture projects
- Strong leadership and client-facing experience
- Strong knowledge of construction, contracts, and authority processes
- Able to manage multiple large-scale projects independently
2. Senior Project Manager (High-End Residential)
Role Overview
Lead high-end residential interior design and architectural projects, ensuring premium design quality, precision execution, and strong client management from concept to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage luxury residential projects end-to-end
- Coordinate clients, designers, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee site works, detailing, and material quality control
- Ensure design intent is achieved within timeline and budget
- Manage variation works, costing, and contractor claims
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues
- Handle client communication and approvals
- Ensure smooth project handover and defect rectification
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 5-10+ years experience in high-end residential projects
- Strong eye for detailing and finishes
- Strong site and client management skills
3. Project Manager (Residential)
Role Overview
Manage residential interior design and architectural projects, ensuring smooth coordination between design, site execution, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential renovation and construction projects
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Track project timelines, site progress, and deliverables
- Conduct site meetings and resolve coordination issues
- Assist in variation works, costing, and documentation
- Ensure quality control and site compliance
- Support project handover and defect rectification
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 2-5 years experience in residential ID / construction coordination
- Good communication and site coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple projects
4. Senior Interior Designer
Role Overview
Lead design development for residential and/or commercial interior projects, from concept design to technical drawings and site coordination support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept and schematic design proposals
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and 3D visuals
- Produce detailed drawings and material specifications
- Coordinate with PMs, consultants, and contractors
- Support site queries and design intent clarification
- Assist in client presentations and approvals
- Ensure design quality and project alignment
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 4-8+ years experience in ID firms
- Strong design portfolio (residential or commercial)
5. Architectural Qualified Person (QP) - Residential Houses
Role Overview
Registered Qualified Person responsible for architectural submissions, compliance, and certification for landed residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Qualified Person for residential house projects
- Handle authority submissions (URA, BCA, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors
- Review architectural drawings and technical details
- Provide compliance guidance and approvals
- Support project delivery for landed residential developments
Requirements
- Registered Architect (BCA QP) in Singapore
- 5+ years relevant experience (landed residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local authority processes
- Experience in private residential projects
