Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to support effective project delivery
- Coordinate daily site activities and promptly escalate risks or delays to maintain schedule adherence
- Prepare detailed site reports, inspection records, and progress updates for stakeholder communication
- Liaise with clients, landlords, and building management to secure access and necessary approvals
- Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams while conducting safety inspections to ensure compliance
- Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials to uphold project standards
- Assist in procurement, sourcing, and quotation coordination to support project needs
- Support project handover by ensuring all deliverables are completed and documented
Required competencies and certifications
- Knowledge of site safety practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to produce reports and documentation
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for project coordination
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination, interior fit-out, or construction
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple project tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills to confidently engage with clients, contractors, and management
- Problem-solving skills applied to resolve project challenges proactively
- Ability to work independently with a deadline-driven and proactive approach
- Hands-on attitude and accountability in managing project responsibilities
