  • Coordinate pre-site work and on-site activities with project teams
  • Report to Project Manager/Director on project progress, schedule, and delivery
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and quality expectations
  • Coordinate quotations, negotiations, and client communication
  • Lead office renovation teams and build sales channels
  • Liaise with landlords, management, and clients
  • Maintain safety and working procedures
  • Handle project submissions and interior work processes
  • Conduct sales presentations and customer visits
  • Coordinate subcontractors and workers for renovation projects

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Interior Design or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in renovation, project management, and facilities management
  • Proficient in office interior and renovation projects
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other relevant software
