Project Manager (Interior Design & Build Firm)

Responsibilities:
. Oversee the planning and smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion.
. Handle multiple assignments effectively while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
. Coordinate with external partners and contractors to carry out all phases of work.
. Supervise site activities to maintain quality workmanship and compliance with requirements.
. Provide guidance and leadership to the project team on-site.
. Participate in meetings to review project scope and progress.
. Prepare schedules, monitor progress, and maintain proper project documentation.
. Support cost management, tender preparation, and pricing activities.

Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate or equivalent
. At least 5 years of project experience in managing interior fit out projects
. Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software
. Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
. Singaporean only need apply
