Role Summary
This newly created role supports Multidata Engineering's continued commitment to delivering highreliability security solutions in critical healthcare environments. The PM must be technically strong, commercially reliable, and able to manage in a key government infrastructure environment.
You will lead projects end-to-end.
This position requires a hands-on PM with project leadership experience who can independently run operations with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Design & Engineering
Perform system design, reverse-engineering, and solution development for CCTV, Card access control, IVS, IP-based systems, PA, Intercom systems, Electronic Interface device and related. - Produce or verify technical drawings, schematics, BOQs, integration and schedule plans.
- Provide engineering-level troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and proposal with recommendations and quotations.
- Alarm alert system, since as Panic Alarm, SMS alert with event logs and related.
- Fireman Intercoms, PA and PWD with comply to SS546 and other related.
Project Delivery & Site Leadership
Manage day-to-day project execution in a live hospital environment.
- System - PA, Intercoms, Panic alarm, Emergency alarm, Card Access, Interface device, CCTV, UPS, intrusion alarm, SMS Alert and Preventive Maintenance (CCTV).
- Coordinate internal engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure zero disruption to hospital operations and strict safety compliance.
- Plan after-hours work, isolation of systems, and risk controls.
Commercial & Financial Ownership
- Prepare detailed quotations, tenders, material and costing.
- Manage variation orders, submissions and secure approvals.
- Raise invoices independently and liaise with customer accounts.
- Track project budget, gross profit and margins.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for client representatives including FM teams and consultants.
- Present technical solutions and progress updates clearly.
- Build trusted long-term relationships that protect revenue.
Quality, Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with BCA, ME04, WSH and hospital safety protocols.
- Conduct system testing, commissioning, and documentation.
- Lead handover to maintenance teams with preventive maintenance plans.
Required Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar engineering capacity.
- Proven ability to design solutions, not just execute work plans.
- Experience managing critical facilities, ideally hospitals.
- Strong communication and customer-facing ability.
- Capable of handling independent project ownership.
- Preferred Experience - Experience in healthcare environment
- Familiarity with key equipment manufacturers
- Able to lead junior engineers and supervise workers.
- Prior BCA ME04 project experience.
- Local candidates with strong sales experience in CCTV, communications background will be highly considered.
