Your day at NTT DATA

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on network refresh initiatives. Prior experience with public sector projects will be a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver medium-to-large scale infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Drive network refresh and infrastructure upgrade projects from initiation to closure.
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and risk logs.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, processes, and client requirements.
• Foster strong client relationships and serve as the key point of contact for project updates and escalations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 35 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in delivering network refresh or infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Experience working with or delivering projects for public sector clients is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with SI (Systems Integration) environment preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification will be an advantage.
