About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of ICT or infrastructure initiatives within a regulatory and secure environment. The role involves planning, procurement, stakeholder management, and leading project execution to ensure timely, secure, and compliant delivery aligned with the Authority's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project delivery and ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget and aligned with business outcomes.
- Manage the full project lifecycle - from business case and funding to procurement, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables using structured methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Lead tender preparation, evaluation, award recommendations, and vendor management.
- Monitor risks, issues, changes, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection frameworks.
- Manage maintenance and support phases, including SLA management, incident/problem resolution, and audits.
- Engage stakeholders through regular updates, progress reviews, and communication of project health.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of ICT project management experience, ideally within banking environment
- Certified in PMP, CITPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred.
- Proven success in managing Storage, infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiar with Singapore Government procurement and security standards is an advantage.
- Experience in change management and stakeholder alignment preferred.
