Your Role And Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery for application development initiatives.
- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple engagements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and DevOps.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure timely sprint delivery.
- Oversee architecture and deployment of applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and cloud architecture.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimations, and proposal development.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical delivery.
- Proven experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Strong background in application development (web and/or mobile projects).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
